Perhaps you explain the nature of what you're looking for in more detail. Is it graphics for a webblog? Advertising images? Logo work for companies?
Artists here might be interested in one-off opportunities, but "for graphics possibly on a daily basis" suggests a specific usage and more serious commitment. Without more details I don't think you'll get many inquiries.
Also, perhaps you can mention the range of what you're willing to pay. Commercial artwork can sell for a pretty wide range. I've seen $40 for small, spec'd line art illustrations, all the way to tens of thousands of dollars for logo work.
