Citing ContextFree in academic writing

Is there a way you would prefer to have this work cited? (A paper, or a list of authors and a canonical date would help).

I don't think that Chris wrote a paper on cfdg so the second method would be the way to go. The authors are Chris Coyne, Mark Lentczner, and John Horigan. The first complete version was written in 2005.
