Forum Spam

The forum is pretty quiet at present and a lot of the messages are spam disguised as vague tech-sounding messages.

It would be great if a captcha could be added for accounts with low post counts.

I know the admin is removing items as time allows but I just want to raise the issue as I recently received spam in my 'Private Messages' on the forum.

I didn't open the message but it would be a good idea to fix this as there's the potential for these spam bots to link users to some malware hosting sites.

I think that I have turned on some security features to limit new users. They should not be able to send PMs or post without approval. I'm not sure about the approval part.
